Delayed Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow up to 2 additional business days for delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
